All items ship within 48 hours Monday thru Friday, week-end orders will be shipped within 24 hours of the Monday received. The prices quoted are delivered prices and include regular ground shipping by either UPS or Fedex ground unless otherwise stated. Orders outside the 48 states will incur an additional charge to cover shipping. We will email you with the charge and request a return email acknowledging and accepting the fee before we will complete the order. All returns must have prior approval. Returns must be shipped in the original carton and received in re-sellable condition to receive credit. Return freight charges are the responsibility of the customer unless prior arrangements have been made. Items may NOT be sent freight collect and will be refused and no credit will be issued for the merchandise. You must contact us within 5 days of receiving merchandise for a return. Orders may not be cancelled once shipped without prior approval. Without prior approval the order will be considered valid and no refund will be issued. Upon returning the order there will be a 30% re-stocking fee incurred and the credit issued will be adjusted accordingly.
